  you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my
  newest twitter updates. I've been looking
  for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have
  some experience with something like this.

  Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and
  screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

  First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if
  you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to
  writing. I've had a difficult time clearing
  my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing but
  it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?
